NOTICE OF CLUB AGM
The Committee of Newport Town AFC wish to advise that the club’s Annual General Meeting will place on Friday May 29th in the Freigh Inn, O’Sullivan’s Bar, Newport, commencing at 8.00pm sharp.
All junior players, team managers/coaches, parents/guardians of schoolboy/schoolgirl players and club supporters are welcome and encouraged to attend.
The following are being accepted in advance of the meeting;
Nominations for 2026/27 club officers and committee.
* Nominations for Junior teams’ management - A, B, C, Youths & U17s teams ONLY.
*Note, our Schoolchildren teams, are completed by the incoming committee.
Proposals for rule changes or changes to the club constitution.
Any other items for discussion.
Persons interested in becoming new Committee members or willing to lend a hand in any capacity on or off the field, should contact Club Secretary, Dave McLoughlin or any current Committee m
ember.
The Junior teams’ end-of-season awards will also take place on the night so we hope that everyone associated with the club can make it on the night.
Please try and attend, as this is your club and your voice is very important.🔴⚫️
