The countdown is nearly over for the 100+ boys & girls taking part in the NTAFC FAI Summer Soccer Camp, starting tomorrow. Only children that have booked are permitted to attend the camp, therefore no extra walk-up bookings can be taken in the morning.

All the playing kits & backpacks have been delivered. The footballs have been pumped. The pitches are in great condition. The FAIreland accredited coaches are all set to go. Now we just await the arrival of excited kids on Monday morning.

You should arrive to the camp at 9.30am with your Booking Reference Number (received in confirmation email) and confirmation you have completed the Participant Health Declaration. Socially distanced registration will take place on the astro-turf (access from new gate located at bottom grass pitch). ALL participants MUST complete the Health Declaration Form before the camp starts on Monday morning. Please click this link to complete the Health Declaration.

Just a few pointers for the week.

* The Camp runs from 10am to 1pm from Monday to Friday, with no lunch break.
* As the car park is going to be very busy, please co-operate with the stewards when dropping and collecting children in Derryleigh Park.
* We only have places for children that have pre-booked.
* In the event of consistent poor weather conditions, participants may be sent home. Due to COVID-19 recommendations, they cannot be accommodated indoors, as the Clubhouse will not be accessible to participants.
* Lastly, fun, football & friendship is guaranteed and we hope everyone has a great week.

Daily Checklist

Just like going to training or to a game, there are some essential items you need at your INTERSPORT Elverys FAI Summer Soccer School. So don’t forget the following:

● Day 1 – Child’s own personal Training Kit
● Day 2-5 – Official 2020 INTERSPORT Elverys FAI Summer Soccer Schools Playing Kit and backpack (you will get this on the first day, so don’t forget it afterwards!)
● Personal Hand Sanitiser
● Water Bottle, labelled with their full name
● Football Boots and Runners
● Shinguards
● Rainjacket (just in case)
● Sunscreen (we are optimistic)
● Nametag for Bag
● Any medication the child may need
