Massive congratulations to our U18 players and management on winning the Div 2 Cup Final in Jackman Park following a convincing 3-0 win over a brave Parkville side in Jackman Park.

A first half hat-trick from Diarmuid O'Riordan did all the damage but it was a clinical and professional performance from the squad that ensured that the trophy was heading back to Newport.

A significant number of the squad have been with the club since they were Newport Nippers and it was great to see them get to play a cup final in Jackman Park and then go on and win it in style.

This is the first leg of a possible League & Cup Double. The 18s have 2 league games left and wins from those games would see them end the season as league champions and cup winners.
